POWER/EDGE CONNECTOR PINOUT:

01 Black: Quiet Ground (aka "Q" or "GND")
02 White: -15V
03 Red: +15V
04 Dark Green: +12V
05 Orange: +5V
06 Brown: Noisy Ground (aka "N")
07 put a solder blob there as a polarising key
08 Yellow: i2c clock (used only in 200e modules)
09 Green: i2c data (used only in 200e modules)
10 Violet: MTS (Monitor to System - used as monitor bus between 204/205/206/207/227/275) 

MOUNTING TOGGLE SWITCHES:

1) unscrew top nut from each switch, remove washer and spacer
2) make the 15mm distance between top side of lower nut and pcb, that's exactly the length of the standoff
3) you have to do this with every switch

4) mount the panel
5) screw the 2nd nut

MOUNTING 16MM POTENTIOMETERS:

The distance between the PCB and a body of the potentiometer should be 3-3.5mm - you can you any two 1.5mm (0.062") thick PCBs or panels to set them properly.
After you solder the potentiometer - unscrew the nut, remove the spacer, screw the nut back. After you attach the panel - put the spacer and screw it with the 2nd nut. Spare nuts may be purchased here.
